Patrons here already have access to an mp3 of “I’m a Little Bee” but you can also listen to a streaming version of it on Soundcloud (linked above). Also, every patron who pledged their support during June or before received download codes to my first year of Patreon at bandcamp.com. Patrons have access to this music anyway by scrolling back to earlier posts, but uploading it at band camp gives you your choice of download format and also split up the two 2015 concerts into individual tracks for better digestion. (lol!) This album is also available for purchase at the aforementioned link for the general public.

“I’m a Little Bee”  is a short jazzy little song based on a dream I had once that there was this matrix-y honeycomb made of light with each little hexagon in the honeycomb being a consciousness that mingled freely as it desired with the other consciousnesses.

And being alive was a bit like going in search of nectar to bring it back to the hive mind.

This was recorded in Logic Pro X at my home studio.

A honeycomb’s the place for a little bee like me

We bees don’t have a queen in this bee analogy,
Bee analogy, but it seems to work for me.

The other bees can smell all the things I want to tell,
And we fan each other well when it gets hot.
Our glowing little hive’s feeling full of light—alive!
How we buzz and dance and thrive on honeyhoneyhoney we have got.

I might become a bee, when I die or go to sleep,

We met on Twitter after Kevin discovered my gaming music, and he recently asked me if he could make some gaming art for me. I said YES! And here it is.

I am off to Cedar Point with Amy and Brooke and from there to Origins Game Fair. I am so excited that a music video y'all helped support, I Put My Low Stat, will be screened at Origins Film Festival on Saturday June 17 at 4:00 pm in room A 226. Then Simon is going to his orientation at Ohio State. Yes, folks, the cheese hat Crowell is going to be a freshmen Buckeye next year. *sob*

After that, I’ll get back to work! (I’m going to get a few clips for the video while I’m out of pocket though.)

A while back I mentioned I had a show at Origins. That turned out to not be the case due to some confusion. But, there is a good chance I will have one next year. So onward!

The music for this was recorded at Mystic Fig Studio by Jeff Bohnhoff and features the talents of Maya Bohnhoff, Jeff Bohnhoff, Michelle “vixy” Dockrey, and Sunnie Larsen!

The song “I Put My Low Stat” is part of a gaming album I released in 2012, Acolytes of the Machine & Other Gaming Stories

The gorgeous album art for the album was created by Starr Weems de Graffenried, and the graphic design for the album was brilliantly done by Misty Granade.

BUT YOU FOLKS HERE ON PATREON, are the reason I summoned up the gumption to make this video and others like it afterward in the first place. So Thank you so much!

It drives me crazy that I didn’t catch the error earlier. As a result the proper version has a little over 400 hits, while the incomplete version has over 6,000. Ah well.
